Only a city council that is mentally challenged would narrow a <br /> former three lane major artery across from Bart to a one lane. Did <br /> you do this for a kick back from the developers, businesses and <br /> real estate owners - for favors from them, for money they <br /> contribute to your campaign, for amenities and perquisites you <br /> receive from them or other direct or indirect personal benefits? <br /> Or are you mentally challenged? <br /> One lane in not adequate. <br /> Why did you, the city council make only that one block one lane, <br /> when three lanes precede it and follow it. If three lanes are <br /> necessary before it and after it , it is necessary to have a <br /> continuous three lanes without narrowing the one block to a single <br /> lane. <br /> You are elected to serve the community, not business interests. <br /> Serve the community, unless your mental challenges are such that <br /> your thought process is impaired. If that is the case, then you <br /> should resign. <br /> This will not be forgotten at future elections.
