Why don't you keep the single <br /> ne for Costco traffic instead of widening the the existing one lane? <br /> oesn't this follow your line of thinking? <br /> Only a city council that is mentally challenged would narrow a <br /> former three lane major artery across from Bart to a one lane. Did <br /> you do this for a kick back from the developers, businesses and <br /> real estate owners - for favors from them, for money they contribute <br /> to your campaign, for amenities and perquisites you receive from <br /> them or other direct or indirect personal benefits? <br /> Or are you mentally challenged? <br /> One lane in not adequate. <br /> Why did you, the city council make only that one block one lane, <br /> when three lanes precede it and follow it.
