Add 5) on page 57 under "ACSPA Responsibilities" to read "5) the <br />soundwall closest to the south side of the Stoneridge Drive bridges <br />(adjacent to Maria/Curry Street residences) and any other mitigation <br />measures under the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan where <br />the "Project Sponsor" is responsible for the funding." <br />7. Add 6) on page 59 under "City of Pleasanton Responsibilities" to read, <br />"6) With funding from the ACSPA, repave Stoneridge Drive between <br />Kamp Drive and Trevor Parkway with noise attenuating pavement, <br />make intersection improvements at Stoneridge Drive and Santa Rita <br />Road, and install traffic lights at the intersection of Stoneridge Drive <br />and Newton Way, Guzman Parkway and Trevor Parkway. Funding for <br />these improvements shall be provided by the ACSPA to a maximum <br />amount of $1.5 million. Costs in excess of that amount will come from <br />City funds; either the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan fees or the traffic <br />fees generated by the project to meet these costs." <br />The above-mentioned page numbers are from the SPA approved by the City <br />Council on February 24, 2009. The text revisions are shown in red and Figure <br />IV -7 is shown in black and white on the following pages (pages 37, 42, 45, 58, <br />59, 61).
