25. A Construction Best Management Plan shall be prepared for this development <br />and shall include, but is not limited, to the following: <br />• No individual piece of construction equipment shall produce a noise level <br />exceeding 83 dBA at a 25 -foot distance. <br />• All internal combustion -engine driven equipment shall be equipped with <br />exhaust mufflers maintained in good condition and appropriate for the <br />equipment. <br />• Stationary noise generating equipment shall be located as far as feasible from <br />sensitive receptors adjoining or located near the construction area. <br />• Except for security trailers staffed by licensed security personnel, at no time <br />shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed <br />from the site at the end of each workday. A construction trailer shall be <br />allowed to be placed on the project site for daily administration/coordination <br />purposes during the construction period. <br />• Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from <br />the existing apartment buildings and shall be emptied on a regular basis as <br />necessary to prevent odor. <br />Green Building Measures <br />26. The applicant shall implement the GreenPoint Checklist, Exhibit D, with the <br />design and construction of the units covered by this approval. The applicant <br />shall submit a list of all green building measures used in the design and <br />construction of the units covered by this approval to the Planning Division for <br />review and approval with the building permit plans and application. <br />The apartments shall be designed and constructed to meet or exceed 100 points <br />using the ACWMA's GreenPoints rating system, with a minimum of 10 points in <br />each category (Resources, Energy, and IAQ/Health). The final GreenPoints <br />measures and programs shall be stated on one of the first two pages of the plans <br />submitted for issuance of a building permit. Each point identified shall have a <br />notation showing on which sheet the item can be found. <br />A special inspection by a representative from the Planning Division shall be <br />coordinated with regards to landscaping, irrigation, and exterior materials. All of <br />the green building measures indicated on the building permit plan set shall be <br />inspected and approved by either the City of Pleasanton, a third party rater, or <br />the applicants shall provide written verification by the project engineer, architect, <br />landscape architect, or designer. <br />5 <br />
