Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devices. Prior to construction, the hours of construction shall be posted on <br />site. <br />34. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from <br />existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent <br />odor. <br />35. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each workday. <br />36.A temporary construction trailer shall be allowed on site during construction for use <br />during the allowed hours of operation. <br />37. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times <br />of construction. <br />38. No construction materials shall be stored within the public right-of-way. <br />39. The project developers are responsible for ensuring that no debris or construction <br />scrap material is placed on any adjoining lot or street and that any such material <br />stored on the site shall be completely removed and the site cleaned prior to <br />occupancy. <br />40.All excess soil from the site shall be off -hauled from the site and disposed of in a <br />lawful manner. No stockpiling of dirt on this site shall occur without specific review <br />and approval by the Planning Division. The project developer shall coordinate with <br />Engineering Division to determine the route. <br />41. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified <br />and procedures followed as required by the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. Additionally, an <br />archaeologist shall be on-site should it is determined necessary by the Director of <br />Community Development. <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br />42. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br />43. The primary residence covered by this approval shall be equipped with an automatic <br />fire sprinkler system. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler system <br />shall be submitted to the Building and Safety Division for review and approval prior <br />7 <br />
