Resolution No. PC -2010-04 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PAP -143, the appeal of Phil Benzel, Robert Miller, and Todd <br />Briggs, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's decision approving <br />PDR -884, the application of Ponderosa Homes for Design Review <br />approval to construct an approximately 4,680 -square -foot two-story <br />custom home at 6136 Sanctuary Lane (Lot 2, Tract 7162), within the <br />Serenity at Callippe development in the Happy Valley Specific Plan area, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF MARCH 2010 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Commissioners Narum, O'Connor, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: <br />None <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None. <br />RECUSED: <br />None. <br />ABSENT: <br />Commissioner Blank. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jan'ce Stern <br />Sec ary, Planning Commission <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />J "Haan <br />ssistant City Attorney <br />Arne Olson <br />Chair <br />
