Resolution No. PC -2009-42 <br />Page Six <br />The project, as conditioned, conforms to the purposes of the PUD District. <br />Therefore, this finding can be made. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD -80, the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan <br />approval to establish allowed uses and the construction of neighborhood <br />park -related improvements, including a storm water detention basin on an <br />approximately five acres located southwest of the intersection of 1-580 and <br />EI Charro Road (Staples Ranch), subject to the conditions as shown in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
