EXHIBIT A <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PCUP-244, Paul Rubio, Box-R-Cise Fitness Center <br />1279 Quarry Lane <br />July 22, 2009 <br />(Modification to the original PCUP-219) <br />The operation of the children's classes shall conform substantially to Exhibit B, <br />dated "Received, June 7, 2009," on file with the Planning Division, except as <br />modified by the following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved <br />operation and schedule may be approved by the Director of Community <br />Development if found to be in substantial compliance with the proposal. <br />2. All Conditions of Approval of PUD -80-1 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All Conditions of Approval of PCUP-219 shall remain in full force and effect <br />unless otherwise modified below. <br />4. The operation of the fitness facility shall adhere to the following: <br />Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday: 3:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. <br />Saturday: 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. <br />A 45 -minute period for set-up and take-down is allowed prior to and after the <br />approved hours of operation. <br />5. The maximum number of students enrolled in each class of the children's <br />program (7-14 years old) shall not exceed 16. <br />6. A 15 -minute break shall be provided between classes to ensure parking <br />availability. <br />7. Students 12 years and younger shall be escorted into and out of the facility and <br />signed in and out by a parent or supervising adult. <br />{end} <br />
