Resolution No. PC -2007-19 <br />Page Two <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Staples Ranch project has <br />been certified by the City Council on February 24, 2009, and the potential <br />environmental impacts of this proposed project have been addressed in <br />that EIR and no further environmental review is necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this development agreement is <br />consistent with the General Plan and the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan <br />Amendment/Staples Ranch. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the development agreement with Alameda <br />County Surplus Property Authority, the draft of which is on file in the <br />Planning Division of the Community Development Department and in a <br />final form as approved by the Pleasanton City Council. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF JUNE 2009 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Commissioners Blank, Narum, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: <br />None. <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None. <br />RECUSED: <br />None. <br />ABSENT: <br />None. <br />T: <br />onna Decker <br />Secretary, Planning Commission <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />�-7mu # <br />Michael H.
