Resolution No. PC -2007-19 <br />Page Two <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Staples Ranch project has <br />been certified by the City Council on February 24, 2009, and the potential <br />environmental impacts of this proposed project have been addressed in <br />that EIR and no further environmental review is necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this development agreement is <br />consistent with the General Plan and the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan <br />Amendment/Staples Ranch. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the development agreement with Alameda <br />County Surplus Property Authority, the draft of which is on file in the <br />Planning Division of the Community Development Department and in a <br />final form as approved by the Pleasanton City Council. <br />Section 2.
