Storm drainage swales, bioswales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and <br />channels not within the area of a dedicated public street, not including <br />the public water line loop and sewer lines located in a PSE approved <br />by the City Engineer. The public water and sewer line loops approved <br />by the City Engineer shall be maintained by the City. <br />(viii.)Any required inspection, maintenance, and reporting of stormwater <br />treatment measures. An annual maintenance report shall be required. <br />(ix.) Implementation of the Integrated Pest Management Plan. <br />b. The proposed maintenance agreement shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Attorney prior to the recordation of a parcel map for the <br />project, or the issuance of a building permit, whichever occurs first. <br />12 <br />
