project adheres to the noise requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code. <br />If a service area is air conditioned, the roll up doors in the service area shall <br />remain closed, as described in the Transit System Management program in <br />Exhibit B. <br />b. There shall be no parking lot sweeping or leaf blowing between the hours of <br />8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. <br />13. Grading. The fill above the existing ground elevation shall not exceed six feet <br />within a 7 foot horizontal distance from the centerline of Zone 7's existing 36 -inch <br />cross valley water transmission line. Grading in Zone 7's easement shall be <br />subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer, prior to the issuance of a <br />grading permit. Verification of submission of the plans to Zone 7 shall be <br />submitted to the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a grading permit. <br />14. Utilities and Storm Drainage. <br />a. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall survey the <br />underground PG&E, AT&T, and Zone 7 utility lines on the site and shall <br />show their locations on the plans. <br />b. Public sewer and water utility connections from the terminus of Staples <br />Ranch Drive through Continuing Life Community's site (PUD -68) shall be <br />required prior to occupancy of any building on site. PSEs shall be required. <br />The location of the utility lines and PSEs shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br />c. Unless waived by the City Engineer, prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit, the public water and sewer line connections between Hendrick <br />Automotive Group's site (PUD -57) and Continuing Life Community's site <br />(PUD -68) shall be relocated approximately 280 feet north, generally <br />between buildings A and B shown on Exhibit B of PUD -57. The trash <br />enclosure currently located on the west side of the property between <br />buildings A and B shall be relocated to allow for adequate access to the <br />lines for maintenance, as determined by the City Engineer. The final <br />location of the trash enclosure shall be subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer and Principal Planner, prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />d. A portion of.the public water line loop shall be located in the private <br />entrance road. The proposed 18- and 24 -inch storm drain lines shall be <br />relocated to accommodate the relocation of the public water line loop. The <br />location of the lines shall be subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />10 <br />
