14. Outside washing of floor mats, containers, equipment, etc. is not allowed unless <br />a contained wash area is provided on-site. The location of the wash area shall <br />be subject to the review and approval by the Planning Division and the Chief <br />Building Official. The wash area shall be covered and shall be designed to <br />prevent runoff onto or from the area. The area shall be connected to the sanitary <br />sewer, subject to approval by Dublin San Ramon Service District (DSRSD), or <br />shall be collected in a containment area and removed regularly by a disposal and <br />recycling service. If connected to the sanitary sewer, a structural control such as <br />a sand filter or oil/water separator shall be used, and a sign shall be posted <br />prohibiting the dumping of hazardous materials. Other methods may be used <br />subject to the approval of the Director of Community Development the Chief <br />Building Official. The applicant shall instruct employees to conduct all such <br />washing activities in this area. <br />15. The applicant shall obtain all necessary approval from the Department of <br />Alcoholic Beverage Control prior to serving alcohol on-site, in the outdoor seating <br />area, and in conjunction with City -sponsored events or other vintner events. <br />16. The applicant shall contact the Building and Safety Division, Police, Fire, and <br />County Environmental Health Departments to determine all applicable <br />requirements for the proposed use. The structure must be made to conform to <br />all applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances for the proposed <br />use. <br />17. All building and other applicable City permits shall be obtained prior to <br />construction of any tenant improvements. <br />18. No signage is approved as part of this application. Prior to installation of any <br />signs, a sign application shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning <br />Division. <br />19. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention -getting devices <br />be utilized on the site except as allowed by Section 18.96.060K of the Zoning <br />Ordinance for grand openings. A "coming soon" sign/banner shall be allowed to <br />be posted for two (2) months prior to the opening of the wine -tasting room. <br />{end) <br />3 <br />
