EXHIBIT A.2 <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PSDR-388, Steve Peterson, Comerica Bank Signs <br />600 Main Street <br />March 25, 2009 <br />The Comerica Bank signs shall conform substantially to the site plan, elevations, <br />and related materials, Exhibit B, dated "Received" February 9, 2009, on file with <br />the Planning Division. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the <br />approval of the Director of Community Development if found to be in substantial <br />conformance with approved exhibits. <br />2. The Comerica Bank signs shall be modified as follows: <br />a. The length of the overhang signs shall be reduced to 9 feet 3 inches. <br />b. On pp. 4-5, the gooseneck light design and mounting location for the <br />overhang sign shall be revised to be consistent with the design and mounting <br />location shown on p. 6. <br />c. On p. 9, the lights on the blade sign shall utilize a curved arm that matches <br />the arm shown in the Master Sign Program for this site. <br />d. The blade sign shall be attached to the northern wall of the building. A <br />revised installation detail shall be provided for this sign. <br />e. On p. 7, the "dark antique bronze" color shall be specified for the gooseneck <br />lights. <br />Said modifications shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Director of Community <br />Development prior to issuance of building permits for the signs. <br />3. The applicant/tenant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits <br />prior to installation of any signs. <br />4. The Comerica Bank overhang and blade sign designs are approved for Comerica <br />Bank only; all other tenant signs for the site shall comply with the Master Sign <br />Program for the site. <br />{end) <br />
