Resolution No. PC -2009-04 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PAP -130, the appeal of Anne Fox, thereby upholding the <br />Zoning Administrator's decision approving the application of Katie <br />Belmonte/Complete Wireless Consulting for design review approval on <br />behalf of Verizon Wireless to install a wireless communication facility that <br />includes rooftop equipment with screening and three building -mounted <br />antennas at 7050 Johnson Drive (Hilton Hotel), subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2.
