Resolution No. PC -2008-61 Page Two WHEREAS, Sunrise Senior Living and several neighborhood representatives have met together at scheduled meetings with a community facilitator and the Director of Community Development to consider, review, and attempt to reach consensus on certain refinements to the submitted plans; and WHEREAS, in response to the multiple community meetings and to direction provided by the Planning Commission, Sunrise Senior Living submitted a refined set of detailed plans and supporting documentation, ("Refined Submittal") Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division, for consideration by the Zoning Administrator and the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Based on the findings set forth in the attached Exhibit B, incorporated by reference herein, determines that the Refined Submittal substantially conforms to PUD -85-09 consistent with Condition of Approval No. 1 of PUD -85-09 and consistent with the requirements of the City of Pleasanton Municipal Code and Zoning Ordinance, including §§ 18.12.050 through 18.12.070 and § 18.68.080. :Section 2. Confirms the Zoning Administrator's determination that the Refined Submittal substantially conforms to PUD -85-09 and hereby authorizes the Zoning Administrator to issue a Zoning Certificate pursuant to Municipal Code § 18.12.060 for the plans and supporting documentation (Exhibit A, Refined Submittal). Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2008 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, O'Connor, and Pearce.
