IR <br />EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PCUP-222, Sherman Balch, SuperFranks <br />5341 Owens Court <br />July 9, 2008 <br />1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to Exhibit A, dated "Received, <br />May 15, 2008," on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the <br />following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and <br />schedule may be approved by the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development if found to be in substantial compliance with the proposal. <br />2. The applicants shall obtain all necessary approvals from the Department of <br />Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) prior to occupancy. <br />3. A full menu shall be available for patrons when beer and wine are served. <br />4. Beer and wine are only allowed in the food service areas. No more than two <br />alcoholic drinks shall be served to each adult patron. <br />5. Prior to adding beer and wine to the menu board, employees who serve alcohol <br />shall undergo a training program such as TIPS (Training for Intervention <br />Procedures) that is designed to prevent intoxication, underage drinking, and <br />drunk driving. <br />6. No special promotions or advertising for beer and wine shall be allowed at the <br />facility or parking areas. <br />7. If operation of this use results in any adverse impacts result on the public health, <br />safety, and general welfare, at the discretion of the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development, this conditional use permit may be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for its subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, <br />the Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate <br />such impacts or may revoke the said conditional use permit approval. <br />{end} <br />
