EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PCUP-205, Janny Rocha <br />481 Sycamore Road <br />April 9, 2008 <br />The location and operation of the water tank shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit A (site plan, pictures, and written narrative) and related materials, dated <br />"Received, November 7, 2007," on file with the Planning Division, except as <br />modified. by the following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved <br />water tank may be approved by the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development if found to be in substantial compliance. <br />2. All Conditions of Approval of PUD -A shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. This Conditional Use Permit only covers the replacement and relocation of the <br />existing water tank shown in Exhibit A. If future alterations/changes/structures/ <br />additions are desired, and the PUD does not cover/address the scope of work <br />desired, a new Conditional Use Permit or Planned Unit Development application <br />shall be secured by the applicant/property owner from the City prior to <br />commencement of work. <br />4. The applicant/property owner shall maintain the area surrounding the tank and <br />well in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br />5. Changes to the water tank (i.e., location, color, screening, type, size, etc) shall <br />not be made without prior approval from the Planning Division. <br />6. The applicant shall consider planting shrubs to screen the tank with materials <br />that will not harm the health of the stock, subject to the review and approval of <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development. <br />{end} <br />
