EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PDR -623, Scott and Shelly Adams <br />2751 Crellin Road <br />March 12, 2008 <br />Project Specific Requirements <br />The design and construction of the dwelling, tennis court, and garage buildings <br />and site improvements covered by this approval shall substantially conform to the <br />development plans, Exhibit A, dated "Received March 5, 2008," including: <br />Building and Site — "Revised Site Plan," "Revised Site Plan w/Old <br />Superimposed," "Revised Site Plan w/Existing Superimposed," "Existing Site <br />Plan and Floor Plan," "First Floor Plan," "Second Floor Plan," "Roof Plan," <br />"Exterior Elevations Main Building," "Exterior Elevations Tennis Building," <br />"Composite Tennis Building Elevation and Section," and "Material/Color <br />Samples"; <br />■ Engineering — "Grading and Drainage Plans"; <br />■ Landscaping — "Hardscape Plan," "Dimensioning Plan," "Tree Plan," "Planting <br />Plan," "Planting Notes and Legend," "Lighting Plan," "Details," and <br />"Elevations"; <br />■ Green Point — Green Point Comments for the Adams Residence, prepared by <br />Natalie Amos, dated June 27, 2007; and, <br />■ Tree Survey — "Tree Survey, 2751 Crellin Road, Pleasanton, CA,"dated <br />April 5, 2007, prepared for Scott Adams by Timothy C. Ghirardelli and <br />updated on March 5, 2008. <br />Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the <br />Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved <br />exhibits. <br />Building Design: <br />2. The photovoltaic panels may be installed in the roof well of the tennis court or <br />another location determined at the construction drawing submittal. If located in <br />the roof well, the panels shall not project above the horizontal plane established <br />by the perimeter parapet walls of the roof well. The design drawings of the <br />panels, the panel type, and their installation shall be submitted to the Planning <br />
