48. The applicant shall submit plot plan showing building setbacks and a topographic <br />plan showing grading and drainage. Pad elevations, finish floor elevations, <br />retaining walls, easements, maximum height of the highest structure, and the <br />front, rear, and side yards are to be indicated on the plan. Plan is to be signed by <br />a registered civil engineer. The plot plan shall show compliance with Sections <br />2907(d) and 70012(d) of the Uniform Building Code. <br />49. The applicant shall submit a site soils report to the Chief Building Official, with as <br />many copies as required by the Chief Building Official prior to issuance of a <br />grading permit, for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the <br />time specified. <br />50. The record grading plan is to be submitted to the Chief Building Official before <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />51. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to <br />the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br />52. Building and site plans are to be submitted to the Building and Safety Division on <br />computer disk in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be <br />submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as -built situs and <br />architectural information as approved by the Director. <br />53. All construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday. In addition, no construction shall be allowed on Federal <br />Holidays. If future complaints are received regarding the Saturday construction <br />hours, the Planning Director may modify. or revoke the Saturday construction <br />hours. The Planning Director may allow earlier "start -times" for specific <br />construction activities (e.g., concrete-foundation/floor pouring), if it can be <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planning Director that the construction <br />and construction traffic noise will not affect nearby residents. All construction <br />equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br />54. A temporary construction trailer shall be allowed on site during construction for <br />use during the allowed hours of operation. At no time shall campers, trailers, <br />motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of <br />each workday. <br />55. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, outside maintenance, or <br />garbage pick-up between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during project <br />construction. This condition does not amend the waste pickup schedule of <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service. <br />E:3 <br />
