CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 689 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT #132~ AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON~ AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of <br /> TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REZONING TO THE C-F (FREEWAY COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT <br /> PROPERTY ABUTTING SANTA RITA ROAD COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br /> THE EL RANCHO MOTEL <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Io <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton~ dated April 18, <br /> <br />1960 referred to in Section 2-12.12 Chapter 2 of Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing <br />the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No 132, dated January 22, 1973; on file <br /> with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> land use and zoning districts as shown thereon for the <br /> territory outlined in heavy ink thereon. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification as amended is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Alberton Realty Company~ being approxi- <br /> mately 2.7 acres in size abutted on the east by Santa <br /> Rita Road and being situate thereon some 940 feet <br /> northerly f~om the intersection of Valley Avenue is <br /> hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> C-F (Freeway Commercial ) District <br /> <br /> III <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days <br />after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion~ p~blished in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force <br />on the thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br /> <br />
