EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PCUP-213, Patricia Cramer, World School of Massage <br />699 Peters Avenue <br />February 27, 2008 <br />1. The operation of the student clinic shall conform substantially to Exhibit A, <br />dated "Received, January 30, 2008," on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by the following conditions of approval. Minor changes to <br />the approved operation and schedule may be approved by the Planning <br />Director if found to be in substantial compliance with the proposal. <br />2. All conditions of approval of Case No. PCUP-128 shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />3. The operation of the student clinic shall be in substantial conformance to <br />Title 6.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (Massage Ordinance) <br />4. The student clinic shall not be in operation until the amended massage <br />ordinance (Ordinance No. 1970) becomes effective. <br />{end} <br />
