Resolution No. PC -2008-03 <br />Page Three <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-207, the application of Sylvan Learning Center for <br />a Conditional Use Permit to operate a tutoring center for more than <br />20 students at an existing building located at 6654 Koll Center Parkway, <br />Suite 185, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
