CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 687 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT #131, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF <br /> TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REZONING FROM THE C-S (.COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT TO <br /> THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT PROPERTY <br /> APPROXIMATELY 2 7 ACRES IN SIZE O~NED BY VALLEY REALTY <br /> COMPANY AT THE NORTHWESTERN INTERSECTION OF VALLEY <br /> AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> It is the understanding of the applicant, Planning Commissio <br />and City Council that development plans hereunder be seriously <br />considered only if compatible with uses in the C-C (Community <br />Commercial), C-S (Commercial Service) and O (Office) Districts. <br /> i. <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br />1960, referred to in ~2-12 12 Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordi <br />nance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing <br />the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 131, dated January 8, 1973, on file <br /> with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> land use and zoning districts as shown thereon for the <br /> territory outlined in heavy ink thereon. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification as amended is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Valley Realty Company being approxi- <br /> mately 2.7 acres in size and located in the north- <br /> western intersection of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita <br /> Road is hereby zoned as follows: <br /> <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days <br />after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force <br /> <br /> <br />
