Presentation of Proclamation declaring November 25, 2017 as Small Business Saturday <br /> Councilmember Olson read the proclamation. Pamela Ott, Economic Development Director, <br /> thanked the Council for proclaiming November 25, 2017 as Small Business Saturday and <br /> supporting small businesses.
