CITY fDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 686 <br /> <br />ZONING UNIT NO. 130, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 <br />OF TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON REZONING PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 9.2 ACRES <br />IN SIZE OWNED BY HARRY C. ELLIOTT AND THE ESTATE OF <br />MORRIS STULSAFT TO THE R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) 6500 DISTRICT <br />AND PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 10 ACRES IN SIZE OWNED BY <br />HARRY C. ELLIOTT TO THE C-N (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) <br />DISTRICT, AND PROPERTY OF HARRY C. ELLIOTT APPROXIMATELY <br />4 ACRES IN SIZE TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) <br />R-M (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICT <br /> <br />~,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />.:iFOLLOWS: <br /> <br />i; The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br /> !1960, referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing <br /> <br />.~the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as <br /> <br />Zoning Unit No. 130, dated DeCember 18, 1972, on file <br />with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br />land use and zoning districts as shown thereon for the <br />territory outlined in heavy ink thereon. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification as amended is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Real property of Harry C. Elliott and the Estate of <br />Morris Stulsaft, being approximately 9.2 acres in size <br />bounded on the north by Vineyard Avenue and on the south <br />by Tawny Drive and Chardonnay Drive, is hereby classified <br />as follows: <br /> <br />R-1 (Single Family) 6500 District <br /> <br />Real property of Harry C. Elliott, being approximately <br />10 acres in size bounded on the north by Tawny Drive, on <br />the West by Pice Avenue, is hereby classified as follows:i <br /> <br />C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District <br /> <br />Real property of Harry C.
