ELLIOTT AND THE ESTATE OF MORRIS STULSAFT TO THE R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) 6500 DISTRICT AND PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 10 ACRES IN SIZE OWNED BY HARRY C. ELLIOTT TO THE C-N (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, AND PROPERTY OF HARRY C. ELLIOTT APPROXIMATELY 4 ACRES IN SIZE TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) R-M (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICT ~,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS .:iFOLLOWS: i; The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, !1960, referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing .~the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as Zoning Unit No. 130, dated DeCember 18, 1972, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate land use and zoning districts as shown thereon for the territory outlined in heavy ink thereon. II. Said territory and zone classification as amended is further described as follows: Real property of Harry C. Elliott and the Estate of Morris Stulsaft, being approximately 9.2 acres in size bounded on the north by Vineyard Avenue and on the south by Tawny Drive and Chardonnay Drive, is hereby classified as follows: R-1 (Single Family) 6500 District Real property of Harry C. Elliott, being approximately 10 acres in size bounded on the north by Tawny Drive, on the West by Pice Avenue, is hereby classified as follows:i C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District Real property of Harry C.
