CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 675 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 126, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, <br /> TITLE II, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REZONING FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE <br /> I-G (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT PROPERTY OWNED BY <br /> N.P. AND E.C. NIELSEN <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br /> 1960, referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of <br /> <br /> the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and <br />~dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is <br /> <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 126, dated August 22, 1972, on file <br /> with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate land use and zoning districts as shown <br /> thereon for the territory outlined in heavy ink <br /> thereon. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification as amended is <br /> further described. as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property owned by N.P. and E.C. Nielsen, being <br /> approximately 1.4 acres in size bounded on the east <br /> by Oakland Avenue and on the west by the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks is hereby classified as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> I-G (General Industrial) <br /> <br /> III <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> <br /> days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be <br /> in force on the thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
