LIFTING THE "S" (STUDY) DISTRICT ZONING DESIGNATION FROM <br /> SOME OF SAID PROPERTIES AND CONTINUING SAID DESIGNATION <br /> FOR OTHERS <br /> <br />!THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />i!As FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />,i The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br /> <br />t!1960, referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the <br />i!Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing <br />i~the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as <br />i follows: <br /> <br />!! Zoning Unit No. 121A, as shown on the map dated <br /> April 3, 1972, on file with the City Clerk, is <br />!i hereby repealed as it relates to properties shown <br /> thereon on Black Avenue, thus leaving unaffected <br /> the land use designation for said properties shown <br /> on the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton pre- <br /> ceding adoption of Zoning Unit No 121A <br /> <br />ii II <br /> <br />!i <br />'~ The provisions of Ordinance No 658 providing for inclusior <br /> <br />!iof the properties shown on Zoning Unit No. 121A as being on Black <br /> Avenue in an "S" (Study) District for not to exceed 180 days are <br /> repealed, thus leaving unaffected the zoning classification for <br /> <br />I:such properties which preceded the adoption of Ordinance No. 658, <br />,! said properties being more specifically described by assessor's <br />~ parcel number as follows: <br /> <br /> Assessor's Parcel Numbers <br /> <br /> 946-3330-51 <br /> 946-3330-72 <br /> <br /> IIi <br /> <br /> The following property described by reference to assessor'~ <br />i! parcel number presently zoned in the "S" (Study) District and <br /> <br /> <br />
