Section 4-7.87 Advertising. No person shall place or <br /> affix any handbills, circulars, pamphlets, or adver- <br /> tis ement to any tre e, fence, shrub, or structure situated <br /> within any recreational facility. <br /> <br />Section 4-7.88 Vehicle. No p ers on shall operate a pri- <br /> vately owned motor vehicle, within any recreational <br /> facility, except when deemed necessary and permissible <br /> by the Director or Chief of Police. <br /> <br />Section 4-7.89 Camp. No person shall camp or lodge within <br /> any recreational facility except by written permission <br /> of the Director. <br /> <br />Section 4-7.90 L~~quor.. No person shall possess, exhibit, <br /> transport or drink any alcoholic or intoxicating <br /> beverage within any recreational facility without a <br /> written permit from the Director <br /> <br />Section 4-7.91 Hours. All recreation facilities shall be <br /> open to the pub lic during the daylight hours. After <br /> daylight p ers ons may enter or remain in any recreation <br /> facility consistent with written regulations provided <br /> for from time to time by the Director; provided however, <br /> that in any event no person shall enter or remain in <br /> Bonita Park after daylight without written permission <br /> of the Director. <br /> <br /> The Director may close any park to the public prior <br /> to the time specified herein when, after consultat ion <br /> with the City Manager, and Chief of Police it is <br /> determined that ~uch closure will protect the public <br /> health, safety, and/or welfare or is necessary to <br /> protect park facilities from misuse or destruction. <br /> The Director shall cause notice of the amended park <br /> hours to be posted in conspicuous locations in the <br /> effected recreation facilities at least 24 hours prior <br /> to the effective date of such change. <br /> <br /> As used in this section daylight shall mean anytime <br /> from one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour <br /> after suns et. <br /> <br />Section 4-7.92 Motor Driven Cy_cles. No person shall <br /> operate transport or maintain any motor driven cycle <br /> or motorcycle as the same are defined in the Vehicle <br /> Code of the State of California within any recreational <br /> facility except in those areas as may be specifically <br /> des ignated for such purpose or by written permiss ion <br /> of the Director. <br /> <br />Section 4-7.93 Additional Rules. The Director is hereby <br /> authorized to provide from time to time such other and <br /> further rules and regulationsas may be necessary for <br /> the purpose of regulating the use of recreational <br /> facilities under the intent and purposes as set forth <br /> <br /> <br />
