<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PLEASANTON HINES <br />LAND, LLC TO MODIFY A CONDITION OF APPROVAL FOR THE <br />PLEASANTON CORPORATE COMMONS PROJECT, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE 2-99-245 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, P1easanton Hines Land, LLC has applied to modify a condition of <br />approval for the Pleasanton Corporate Commons project, comprised of <br />four, five-story office buildings totaling 604,750 square feet generally <br />located at the southeast corner of Stoneridge Mall Road and Embarcadero <br />Court, to allow construction activities between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />5:00 p.m. on Saturdays; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C-O <br />(Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 22, 1999, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, minor alterations to land use limitations are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); <br />therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed modification to <br />construction hours, as conditioned, is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves the application of Pleasanton Hines Land, LLC to modify a <br />condition of approval for the Pleasanton Corporate Commons project, <br />comprised offour, five-story office buildings totaling 604,750 square feet <br />generally located at the southeast corner of Stoneridge Mall Road and <br />Embarcadero Court, to allow construction activities between the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. and 5 :00 p.m. on Saturdays, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
