All mitigation measures listed within the Draft and Final Supplemental <br /> Environmental Impact Report (DSEIR/FSEIR) prepared for the project and the <br /> Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program dated September 14, 2015 and <br /> March 21, 2016, respectively, and on file with the Planning Division are hereby <br /> incorporated as conditions of approval for the project and shall be adhered to <br /> and/or fully complied with to the satisfaction of the Community Development <br /> Department prior to final inspection. <br /> 2.
