Install filter materials (such as sandbags, filter fabric, etc.) at the storm drain <br />inlet nearest the downstream side of the project site in order to retain any de- <br />bris or dirt flowing into the City storm drain system. Filter materials shall be <br />maintained and/or replaced as necessary to ensure effectiveness and to pre- <br />vent street flooding. Dispose of filter particles in the trash. <br /> <br />e. Create a contained and covered area on the site for the storage of bags, ce- <br />ment, paints, flammable, oils, fertilizers, pesticides, or any other materials <br />used on the project site that have the potential for being discharged to the <br />storm drain system through being windblown or in the event of a material <br />spill. <br /> <br />f. Never clean machinery, tools, brushes, etc., or rinse containers into a street, <br />gutter, or storm drain. <br /> <br />g. Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plasterers operations do <br />not discharge wash water into street gutters or drains. <br /> <br />h. Construction access routes shall be limited to those approved by the City En- <br />gineer or Building Inspector and shall be shown on the approved grading <br />plan. <br /> <br />123. In conjunction with the tentative map, the specific details for the driveway to the <br />existing home shall be included for review and approval. <br /> <br />124. The existing home shaH connect to the sewer system. Said connection shaH occur <br />prior to occupancy of any of the new homes. Specific details shall be shown on <br />the final map improvement plans subject to review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />125. Access shaH be maintained for the existing easement holderslhomes at all times <br />during the construction process. In the event that access is interrupted, all <br />construction activity shall immediately stop until such time as access is restored to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />126. Lots above elevation 400 shall have individual hydromatic booster pumps for their <br />water systems. Where feasible the pumps shall be located in the garage of the unit. <br /> <br />Page 21 <br />
