<br />c. When engaged in dishwashing or equipment cleaning activities when there is reason <br />to believe that contamination with toxic or radioactive substances has occurred, pre- <br />washing ofthe dishes or equipment to remove substantially all of the toxic or radio- <br />active material, and the disposal of this waste stream as toxic waste, shall be carried <br />out. <br /> <br />d. Waste containing toxic chemicals, as determined by the City, shall not be disposed <br />of in the sanitary sewer system. <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />60. The project developer shall install street frontage improvements along the entire lot <br />frontage of Boulder Street per Chapter 19.40.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code and <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. These improvements may include, but are not <br />necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary <br />sewer, water facilities, street lighting, underground utilities, traffic control devices, <br />landscaping, and automatic irrigation systems. <br /> <br />61. The project development shall construct Boulder Street from its existing easterly and <br />westerly terminus near Quarry Lane and Valley Avenue, respectively, including the <br />intersection of Boulder Street with Valley Avenue. The City Engineer may require the <br />project developer to reconstruct the existing portions of Boulder Street near Valley <br />Avenue in order to conform to the forty-four foot (44' 0") street width. The applicant may <br />enter into a reimbursement with the City to recover a portion of the cost constructing <br />Boulder Street from other benefiting properties. The Boulder Street/ Valley Avenue <br />intersection shall be constructed to allow complete left- and right-turn movements <br />between Valley Avenue and Boulder Street. Traffic controls will be limited to stop signs <br />on Boulder Street. <br /> <br />62. The typical street section for Boulder Street shall be modified to include an eight foot (8' <br />0") wide Public Service Easement (PSE) behind the right-of-way on the project side of <br />the street. <br /> <br />63. The typical street section for Boulder Court shall be modified to include a forty foot (40' <br />0") pavement width, measured curb-to-curb, with a six foot (6' 0") wide landscape area <br />located between the sidewalk and the face-of-curb. As previously stated, this landscape <br />area shall be maintained by the development's owners association.
