CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 663 ZONING UNIT #122, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE II, CHAPTER 2, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY SOME 2.6 ACRES IN SIZE, FRONTING ON BLACK AVENUE, OWNED BY THE LYNNEWOOD METHODIST CHURCH, FROM THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO "P" ~UBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :I · The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, referred to in ~2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 122, dated May 22, 1972, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: Real Property of the Lynnewood Methodist Church, being some 2.6 acres in size and fronting on the southerly side of Black A ~enue between Loganberry Way and Santa Rita Road is hereby classified as follows: P (Public and Institutional) District III. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, ~published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption.
