Prior to occupancy of the second unit, the applicant shall install three 15 gallon <br />wax-leaf privet standards (Ligustrumjaponicum) on the north side of the existing <br />barn as shown on Exhibit "D." The applicant shall prune the plants, as necessary, <br />to prevent them from overhanging the western side property line. If at any time <br />one of the privets dies, it shall be replaced with a live 15 gallon wax-leaf privet <br />standard (Ligustrumjaponicum) within 30 days. <br /> <br />[end] <br />
