PC-99-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE APPLICATION <br />PLEASANTON, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-99-03 <br /> <br />THE NEGATIVE <br />OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for prezoning of an approximately 77.5 acre <br />parcel (4120 Foothill Road) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - A <br />(Agriculture) and PUD-RDR (Rural Density Residential) zoning districts and <br />prezoning of an approximately 77.5 acre parcel (4126 Foothill Road) to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - A (Agriculture) zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br />April 28, 1999, and received the recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 26,1999, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br />opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project would not have a <br />significant environmental impact; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no <br />potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br />
