<br />Resolution No. PC-99-3l <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />32. The soils engineer shall certifY the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />33. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />34. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devices. <br /> <br />35. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />36. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />37. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and <br />procedures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />38. Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary <br />to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Fire and Police Department Requirements: <br /> <br />39. The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber <br />construction until the final inspection. <br /> <br />40. If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an alarm <br />system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be <br />installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />41. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br />
