<br />Resolution No. PC-99-31 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />8. The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the proposed project for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. All <br />building and/or site lighting shall be consistent with the requirements of the Hacienda <br />Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />9. The project developer shall work with representatives of the Civic Arts Commission to <br />provide public art on the site or an acceptable alternative site. <br /> <br />10. The location of trees to be planted along the site's side property lines shall be staggered <br />with respect to the existing trees located along the side property lines of the adjacent sites. <br />This change shall be shown on the final landscape plan submitted to the Planning director <br />for review and approval before issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />11. Prior to occupancy, the project developer shall prepare a program of alternative <br />transportation measures including, but not limited to, rideshare matching and sub- <br />sidies/rewards, preferential parking, alternative work hours, and carpooling/van- pooling <br />and the means by which these measures will be "marketed" to employees for review and <br />approval by the City's TSM Coordinator. The project developer shall provide to the City <br />of Pleasanton annual reports detailing the performance ofthe measures. <br /> <br />Building and Site Design Requirements: <br /> <br />12. The project developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly <br />visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br />Tenant spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />13. The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />14. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within the enclosure shown on the <br />development plan. The enclosure's design and detailing shall match the materials, color, <br />and detailing of the building and the gates shall be constructed of corrugated metal. <br />Trash containers shall be stored within the enclosure at all times, except when being <br />unloaded. <br /> <br />15. All parking spaces shall be striped. <br /> <br />16. Approved building materials and colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits. <br />
