<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-3l <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BRITANNIA GIBRALTAR, <br />L.L.C. FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-8l-30-78D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Britannia Gibraltar, L.L.C. has applied for design review approval of an <br />approximately 76,320 sq. ft., one-story, office, research and development, and/or <br />light manufacturing building located at 5735 West Las Positas Boulevard <br />(Hacienda Park Lot #34C); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />(Industrial/Commercial and Office) and Hacienda Park MOIPD (Mixed Office, <br />Research and DevelopmentlLight Manufacturing); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 14, 1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Environmental Impact Report <br />previously approved by the City Council for Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed, fulfills the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines for the <br />property, and will be an attractive addition to the area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-8l-30-78D, the application of Britannia Gibraltar, L.L.C. for <br />design review approval of an approximately 76,320 sq. ft., one-story, office, <br />research and development, and/or light manufacturing building located at 5735 <br />West Las Positas Boulevard (Hacienda Park Lot #34C) subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
