This ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, t d o cy n n n pursuant to ~65858 of the Government Code in order to insure that, pending completion of land use studies with respect thereto, said properties will not develop. Said land use studies will deal, among other things, with density, traffic congestion and hazard and availability of essential municipal services. The provisions of this ordinance shall expire 180 days from the effective date hereof, unless extended pursuant to ~65858 of the Government Code or unless prior to expiration· permanent zoning districts are established with respect to the properties herein described.
