CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 658 ZONING UNITS NOS. 121, 121 A and 121B, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FROM THE RM-1500, RM-2500, RM-4000 (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICTS, THE R1-6500 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)DISTRICT, THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT T T R S I ME THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, referred to in ~2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Units Nos. 121, 121A and 121B, as shown on the maps dated April 3, 1972, on file with the City Clerk, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, are further described as follows: The following properties described by reference to Assess- or's parcel numbers, presently zoned in the RM-2500 (Multi- Family) Residential District and shown generally on Zoning Unit Map No. 121, are classified in the "S" (Study) Dis- trict for a period of not to exceed 180 days or until, as a result of land use studies, permanent zoning is affixed thereto, whichever is earlier: Assessor's Parcel Numbers 946-2577-7 946-2580-6 946-2579-7 946-2580-7 946-2579-8 946-2585-1 946-2579-9 946-2585-2 946-2579-10 946-2585-3 946-2580-1 946-2585-4 946-2580-2 946-2585-5 946-2580-3 946-2585-6 946-2580-4 946-2585-88 946-2580-5
