The applicants shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of Building Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the time specified by the Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading permit. 46. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. 47. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information as approved by the Director. Fire 48. The applicants shall install an automatic fire sprinkler system for the hotel building. The sprinkler system shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Fire Chief and Director of Building Inspection prior to issuance of a building permit. 49. Fire alarm and detection systems are required subject to the review and approval by the Fire Chief. Detailed plans showing the facility layout, including ceiling heights, office areas, storage plans and heights, etc. shall be submitted by the applicants to the Fire Chief prior to installation of said systems. 50. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. 51. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 52. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. 53. Two on-site fire hydrants shall be provided at this site. Approval for the type and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer.
