<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-90 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF HOMESTEAD VILLAGE FOR <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-77D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Homestead Village has applied for PUD design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 61,300 square foot, three-story, 13 I-room extended stay hotel with <br />a manager's apartment located at 4750 Willow Road (Site 35B, Hacienda <br />Business Park); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, <br />Commercial, and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 23, 1998, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared for the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed development would be an <br />attractive and compatible addition to the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-77D, the application of Homestead Village for PUD <br />design review approval to construct an approximately 61,300 square foot, <br />three-story, 131-room extended stay hotel with a manager's apartment located at <br />4750 Willow Road (Site 35B, Hacienda Business Park), subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
