<br />5. Chapter 18.88 (Off-Street Parking Facilities) <br /> <br />18.88.030 Schedule of Off Street Parking Space Requirements <br /> <br />C.l. Extrasensory consulting as a conditional use - parking <br />requirements shall be established by the Zoning Administrator and/or Planning <br />Commission on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the purposes of this Title. <br /> <br />C.6. Public and private businesses and administrative offices, and technical <br />service offices (including but not limited to, accountants, architects, attorneys, engineers, <br />insurance, real estate, and similar professions and extrasensory consulting as a <br />permitted use only) - one space for each three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor <br />area. <br /> <br />D.! Auditoriums, churches, private clubs and lodge halls, community <br />centers, mortuaries, sports arenas and stadiums, theaters, auction establishments and other <br />places of public assembly, including church, school and college auditoriums and <br />extrasensory religious consulting facilities - one space for each six (6) seats or one <br />space for each sixty (60) square feet of floor area usable for seating if seats are not fixed, <br />in all facilities in which simultaneous use is probable as determined by the Zoning <br />Administrator.
