<br />Resolution No. PC-98-80 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />intended for this purpose be wrapped around or otherwise placed on these devices. <br />All backflow prevention devices shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits together with screening mechanism and! or weather <br />protection devices. Proposed screening and weather protection devices shall be <br />reviewed for conformity to these requirements and approved by the Planning <br />Director. <br /> <br />26. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures architecturally <br />compatible with the main structure. The materials and color of the enclosure walls <br />shall match the building walls and the gates shall be corrugated metal or solid <br />wood. The location and design of the enclosures shall be shown on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits, shall complement the proposed <br />building in terms of colors, shall be consistent with Conditions #51 and 68, and <br />shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Director and Fire Chief. Trash <br />containers shall be stored within the enclosure at all times, except when being <br />unloaded. <br /> <br />27. All parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the <br />spaces are fronted by concrete curbs, in which case sufficient areas shall be <br />provided beyond the ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of <br />automobiles. <br /> <br />28. Striping shall be provided on Sunol Boulevard for traffic exiting the site to direct <br />cars into the proper lane. <br /> <br />29. A directional sign shall be provided at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />30. A concrete block wall shall be provided to replace the existing wood wall adjacent <br />to the Sunol Boulevard exit. <br /> <br />Construction Activities <br /> <br />31. All site improvements shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5 :00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet Department of <br />Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br />devices. <br />
