CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 656 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNITS NOS. 119, l19A and l19B, AMENDING THE ZONING <br /> MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON FROM THE RM-1500, RM-2500 AND RM-4000 <br /> (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICTS TO THE "S" (STUDY) DISTRICT FOR <br /> A SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br />referred to in S2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City <br />of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Units Nos. 119, l19A and l19B, as shown on the maps <br /> dated March 13, 1972, on file with the City Clerk, copies <br /> of which are attached hereto as Exhibits "A" , "B" and "C" <br /> and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and <br /> zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br />Said territory and zone classification, as amended, are further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> The following properties described by reference to Assess- <br /> or's parcel numbers, presently zoned in the RM-2500 (Multi- <br /> Family) District and shown generally on Zoning Unit Map <br /> No. 119, are classified in the "S" (Study) District for a <br /> period of not to exceed 180 days or until, as a result of <br /> land use studies, permanent zoning is affixed thereto, <br /> whichever is earlier: <br /> <br /> Assessor ' s Parcel numbers <br /> <br /> 94-70-2-1 94-70-11 <br /> 94-70-9 94-70-12 <br /> 94-70-10 94-70-13 <br /> <br /> The following properties described by reference to Assess- <br /> <br /> 1 t e i <br /> No. 119, are classified in the "S" (Study) District for a <br /> period of not to exceed 180 days or until, as a result of <br /> land use studies, permanent zoning is affixed thereto, <br /> whichever is earlier: <br /> <br /> Assessor ' s Parcel Numbers <br /> <br /> 94-33-1 94-36-7 <br /> 94-33-2 94-36-8 <br /> 94-33-3 94-19-25 (a portion of) <br /> <br /> <br />
