<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF SARA LAPIDES, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE UP-98-57 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sara Lapides has applied for a non-exempt home occupation permit to operate a <br />marriage and family counseling business located at 4389 Second Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-4,000 (Multi-Family Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 14, 1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed counseling business <br />would negatively impact the residential neighborhood. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Denies the application of Sara Lapides for a non-exempt home occupation permit <br />to operate a marriage and family counseling business located at 4389 Second <br />Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective IS days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
