The operation of the cabinet shop shall conform substantially to the site plan, floor <br />plan, and statement, Exhibit "A", stamped "Received August 14, 1998", on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br />Minor changes to the plans and/or conditions may be allowed subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the <br />approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. If the cabinet shop use ceases for a period of 90 consecutive days, approval of the <br />use shall become null and void, and a new cabinet shop shall require a separate <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />3. This use permit is approved for this specific location only and is not transferable to <br />any other location without City approval. <br /> <br />4. Hours of operation of the cabinet shop and material deliveries to the site shall be <br />limited to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />5. All construction activities shall take place indoors, and all of the doors to the <br />cabinet shop shall be closed when the mechanical equipment is in operation. <br /> <br />6. Within one month of the effective date of this approval, the applicant shall apply <br />for all necessary permits to bring the tenant space into compliance with all current <br />Building and Fire Code requirements. <br /> <br />7. If operation of the cabinet shop results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, <br />traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional <br />use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a <br />public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
