All conditions of Case Z-98-14 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />2. All site outdoor improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Outdoor <br />construction work related to enclosing the house may occur on Saturday from 8:00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m. until the house is enclosed. Afterward, only interior construction <br />work may be conducted on Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devices. <br /> <br />{end <br />
