<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF LEE A. PARODI FOR A <br />MODIFICATION TO THE APPROVED CONSTRUCTION HOURS FOR DESIGN <br />REVIEW CASE Z-98-l4, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-98-234 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lee A. Parodi has applied for a modification to the approved construction hours <br />for design review Case Z-98-l4 (design review approval to construct a two-story, <br />3,242 square foot custom home located at 326 Diamond Court) to allow exterior <br />construction on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-8500 (One-Family Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 9, 1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed modification to allow <br />exterior construction work related to enclosing the house on Saturday from <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-98-234, the application of Lee A. Parodi for a modification to <br />the approved construction hours for design review Case Z-98-l4 (design review <br />approval to construct a two-story, 3,242 square foot custom home located at 326 <br />Diamond Court) to allow exterior construction work related to enclosing the <br />house on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
