The Hacienda land use designation for Parcel 35B is changed to MCOIPD (Mixed <br />Retail/Commercial/Financial, Office, and Research and Development/Light <br />Manufacturing Planning District). <br /> <br />2. Subsections I.l (hh) and 3.0 (a) of Table B-4, Restrictions of Operation and Use, <br />of the Hacienda Design Guidelines shall be modified to read as follows (proposed <br />new language is italicized in bold, proposed deletions in BtrikS8l!t): <br /> <br />a. 1.1 Retail/Commercial and Financial Planning District. The permitted <br />uses for the Retail/Commercial and Financial Planning District <br />("CPD") are: <br /> <br />(hh) Hotels and motels, but only on Parcel I C, Parcel SA, Parcel <br />13F, Parcel 35B, and Parcel 56A. HotelslMotels are <br />conditional uses on Parcel 52, and Parcel 53A, BRa Panlsls <br />37.\, 37];1, aRa 57C. <br /> <br />b. 3.0 Prohibited Uses. The following operations and uses shall not be <br />permitted on any Parcel: <br /> <br />(a) HotelslMotellMotor Inn, except on Parcel IC, Parcel SA, <br />Parcel I3F, Parcel 35B, Parcel 52, Parcel 53A, and Parcel <br />56A, aRa ParesIs 37/., ];I, ana C. <br /> <br />The applicant shall publish new guidelines with these changes within 90 days of <br />the City's approval of these changes. Copies shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall record new CC&R's, subject to review and approval by the <br />City Attorney, revised to include the above-stated changes. <br /> <br />4. Except as modified above, all present conditions of the approved Hacienda PUD <br />development plans and design guidelines and City-approved major/minor <br />modifications shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
